Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Consumer Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us of your decision through a clear statement by email or post:

Sending your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires is sufficient. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not compulsory. Prior approval from us is not required.

Returning Goods

Please return the goods to the address above no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before this period expires.

For change-of-mind returns, including cases where you do not like the design, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs.

Please package the goods securely for transport. Original packaging is not required to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be reimbursed.

We will issue the refund no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any refund fees.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of sending them back, whichever occurs first.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, is faulty or contains an incorrect item. Where possible, include your order number and photos to help us resolve the issue.

For valid claims involving damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, we cover the necessary return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange a return at our expense.

Your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected. Providing photos is helpful but is not a condition for exercising those rights.
